Pinnacle Performance Group sessions and Personal Training

Group Session Membership

Group sessions of up to 6 athletes give RHKYC members access to experience specifically prescribed strength and power training sessions led by a Pinnacle led that focus on development of muscle strength, size, power and movement competencies. There are 4 weekly strength sessions for members. Each of the sessions complement the other in technique, strength, movement and power gains.

Group session Memberships are available on a 1 month and 3 & 6 month packages.

Personal Training

Personal Training packages offer exclusive 1:1 consumable sessions at your ideal level of coaching and at your preferred time. Our Personal Training offers the flexibility of 10, 20 and 50 session packages allowing you to experience the first class of fitness and the expert knowledge of our coaches tailored to your preferred level of coaching.
