KYLIE SPILLER, Strength & Conditioning Coach
Kylie has been living in Hong Kong for more than 16 years. Originally from Australia, she came to Hong Kong to work in Business Aviation, training cabin crew and pilots in safety and emergency procedures and first aid. Highly passionate about health and fitness, Kylie became a certified Personal Trainer, completing her Certificate III and IV through the Australian Fitness Academy.
Kylie holds instructors certifications in Kettlebell and TRX training and is a firm believer in promoting the benefits of Strength and Conditioning training as we age, assisting her clients in building muscle mass and strength to increase their energy levels and combat effects of ageing.
Exemplary customer service, attention to detail and creating a great client experience are all highly important to Kylie.
