SEAN MILNE, Strength and Conditioning Coach, (MSc)
Sean holds a post-graduate MSc in Sports & Exercise Science & Medicine from the University of Glasgow, as well as a 1st class degree in Pharmacology from Kingston University in London. In his youth, He has always had a passion for Rugby and Tennis and during his postgraduate degree he focused his studies primarily on Rugby and the scientific evidence behind specific training methods.
A true testament to the Pinnacle Academy, Sean is a graduate of the Pinnacle internship programme. During his sessions, he was able to put into practice the skills he learned through the internship as well as the experience he acquired from leading warm-ups and fitness blocks as a Director of Rugby for the University of Wizards RFC. He also teaches Tennis and has gained experience coaching a wide age range from children to adults.
Sean looks forward to developing his knowledge in and around Olympic lifting and learning from more experienced and knowledgeable Senior S&C coaches at Pinnacle. He aims to grow as a coach at Pinnacle and continue to play Rugby at the highest level with the desire to introduce more athletes to Tennis.
