WHAT IS PINNACLE TRIFECTA?

An individual challenge for 5 days where Pinnacle athletes are given 3 exercises which they need to complete within a given time. 

The Trifecta challenge will be included in the GDS as a PREP or BLAST.

The aim is to achieve the highest total volume and distance for the 3 challenges.

One overall Male and Female winner for Facility and Online. Each winner will receive One (1) complimentary Personal Training session.

MECHANICS (FACILITY)

The objective is to challenge each athlete’s work capacity at each individual station with achieving total loading volume as the main objective for Deadlifts and Press, and completing max distance on the Rower to finish. 

Challenge Score = Total Deadlift Volume (Load x Reps Completed) + Total Press Volume (Load x Reps Completed) + Row Distance (in Metres) (i.e 10,000kgs + 5,000kg + 5000metres  = 20,000 )

MECHANICS (ONLINE)

The objective is to challenge each athlete’s work capacity at each exercise with achieving total number of reps as the main objective for Glute Bridge, Press, and Half-Burpee.

Challenge Score = Total Reps Completed + Total Press Reps Completed + Total Half-Burpee Completed (i.e 100 reps + 50 reps + 100 reps = 250)

Register and plan your target for the 3 exercises.

PURSUE: Participate and Motivate.

Accomplish tasks with intent! You may be doing it to earn points but bear in mind that you are doing this as part of your training and for your progress.
