WHAT IS PINNACLE TRIFECTA?

An individual challenge where athletes participate in 3 different stations in sequential order: 1. Deadlifts, 2. Press 3. Row. 20 minutes will be allocated per station with a 10 minute rest between stations. 

The objective is to challenge each athlete’s work capacity at each individual station. Achieve total loading volume for Deadlifts and Press, and complete max distance on the Row to finish.

The aim is to achieve the highest total volume and distance for all 3 challenges.

Challenge Score = Total Deadlift Volume (Load x Reps Completed) + Total Press Volume (Load x Reps Completed) + Row Distance (in Metres) (i.e 10,000kgs + 5,000kg + 5000metres  = 20,000 ) 

1 overall winner for both Male and Female. Each winner will receive Pinnacle merchandise and a 1 hr. free 1:1 Personal Training session.
