WHAT: 25 reps EMOM, 40 sets = 1000 reps total
WHEN: September 19, Saturday. 1230 GDS.
HOW: Book the 1230 PINNACLE 1000 GDS on the Pinnacle App or Website
PREPARATION
1 GREEN marker and 1 WHITE marker to score your points - flag, piece of paper, towel or shirt.
Equipment - Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Bands.
Water bottle, towel, mat.

MECHANICS
1000 REPS
25 reps EMOM for 40 sets. 40 minute work.
40-minute work will be divided into halves to give the participants a 5 minute break.
4 MAIN MOVEMENTS
Movement order: SQUAT - PULL - HINGE - PUSH
SET 1 SQUAT
SET 2 PULL
SET 3 HINGE
SET 4 PUSH
Repeat
Athletes can choose which exercises they will perform from the eligible exercises in the table below.
SCORING POINTS
1 POINT = succesful set.
A successful set is 25 reps in good form in one minute or under.
Raise you GREEN marker after every successful set to get your point recorded. Candy, our Marketing Officer, will be scoring your points!
NO POINT = if you don’t get to finish 25 reps in under a minute or if a Pinnacle Coach spots bad execution
Raise your WHITE marker if you are unable to finish a set.
You can JUMP BACK in for the next set even if you are unable to finish the previous. EVERY REP COUNTS.
