PINNACLE MO
New Cycle. New Challenge. Four weeks of grit and grind.
What is Pinnacle MO?
Pinnacle MO is a 4-week long challenge where athletes are given a list of activities with corresponding points. Pinnacle MO’s objective is to challenge each athlete’s work capacity while giving each athlete a target of their own. The total number of points you earn by the end of the cycle puts you either in the Principle, Clinical or Pinnacle ranks.
You earn points by accomplishing activities under these categories:
Daily Challenges
Weekly Completion Challenges
Weekly CON Challenges
BONUS

How to join?
PLAN: What’s Your Number?
Message your Lead Coach and plan a target together.
How many MO points are you targeting to accomplish by the end of the cycle?
What will your weekly schedule look like in order to reach your goal.
PURSUE: Participate and Motivate.
Accomplish tasks with intent! You may be doing it to earn points but bear in mind that you are doing this as part of your training and for your progress.
Don’t forget that you are in this with the Pinnacle Community. Motivating one another is also a key to success!

We are also raising funds and awareness this November for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives through the MOVEMBER MOVEMENT.
The Team is comprised of 15 Strength and Conditioning Coaches and Athletes targeting 1,000km each of running, rowing and cycling (Indoor Bike), along with 1,000,000 kgs of volume lifted in strength sessions.
