NICK JENKINS, hEAD OF bUSINESS dEVELOPMENT

Nick leads the growth of Pinnacle's corporate and strategic partnerships across Hong Kong and APAC, building on an established record of delivering for leading organisations. He works with senior stakeholders, from HR and operations leaders to the C-suite, to design fitness, performance and wellbeing solutions around what each organisation needs, whether that is a fully managed on-site service or flexible support for teams across different locations.

His approach is to start with the people who will use the service, so every solution is built around the workforce, not taken off the shelf. He aims to make it simple for organisations: one accountable partner, one standard across every location, and a service employees genuinely value.

Nick brings 18 years of experience building commercial partnerships across Asia, the UK and the Middle East. He began in Beijing with Hong Kong-headquartered Crown Worldwide Group, working with multinationals and embassies, then led business development in Kuwait. Back in the UK, he joined a leadership development company, was appointed to the Board, and built long-term partnerships with major corporate and public sector clients. He then founded an international healthcare leadership company, creating programmes recognised by the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management and the Chartered Management Institute. Its work in Hong Kong included a mentoring programme supported by the UK Department for Business and Trade, and the company received the Skillsoft EMEA Partner Innovation Award in 2021. Most recently, he led the UK launch of an Australian healthcare software company. In every role, his focus has been the same: listen to what an organisation needs, then build the partnership around it.

Nick holds a BA (Hons) in Classics & Ancient History from the University of Bristol, and is a certified Professional Scrum Master I and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
