STANDARD Membership

Standard members get full, unrestricted access to in person training sessions at our facilities, comprehensive profiling and assessment, access to all online sessions and many more benefits.

Advanced goal Setting

With access to our facilities and equipment we are able to more finely access your current fitness and help you set more specific incremental goals. Together with regular face to face check ins with your coaches, you’ll be right on track!

Personalised Program

Reach your goals faster with a personalised program. Two people might be trying to lose weight but an 80kg man losing 5kg is different than a 50kg woman trying to lose 1kg. Your program is tailored to your goals with a specific workout and your workouts are tracked and recorded for the lifetime of your membership and you can refer to it on the tablets throughout the facility.

Dedicated Coach

Standard members get even more time with their coach. They write your programs and monitor your progress. On a regular basis they review your program and training record and help you spot strengths and areas for improvement. But they’re not alone, they’re supported by a whole team of multi-disciplinary professionals including head coach, Tom Summers, nutritionist and sports therapist.

Small Group Sessions

We have a maximum of between 3 - 6 members per session depending on the facility location. This is to ensure that each member gets personal attention and adequate supervision as well as a safety measure in adherence to COVID-19 social distancing directives.

I joined Pinnacle in May 2018 after my teammate, Alex Cabagnot of the San Miguel Beermen invited me to train with him. My goal was to perform my best in the PBA with less to zero injuries within the season.

I am given a programme that fits my needs. And with the coaching team’s attention to detail and consistent follow-through, I feel stronger every cycle. I like that the team’s always aware of what I’m doing and that they are not hesitant in correcting me. They also make sure to make me feel at home.

I’d say going to Pinnacle three times a week has become a routine. They have instilled in me the mindset to get better every session; and that I can reach my pinnacle.

I have been playing Ultimate Frisbee for years and have had the chance to play in the National team for a few world tournaments.  But I never had a “formal” training in the gym. So when my husband Mouse needed to start doing gym work while doing his PT at Pro-Health for his post-op ATFL injury, I thought it was a good time to start.

We joined Pinnacle around February 2018. My goal was to do proper Strength and Conditioning training. At that time, I knew I was going to be playing in the World Masters Ultimate Club Championship in Winnipeg, Canada in July 2018. I wanted to accompany my Ultimate Frisbee training with a program that will build and strengthen my muscles, and help prevent any injuries. I would say I was able to achieve it.  I feel stronger, and look stronger. And thankfully have not had any injuries and have improved on my running form. I also had other smaller tournaments within the year, which were all considered whenever my Lead Coach and I discussed plans and programming.

Overall, my experience with Pinnacle is great that is why I am still with the gym.  The facility is well equipped, the staff is very skilled and knowledgeable, the programs are very professionally done, and the community is very friendly, open and supportive of each other. These are also what sets them apart from the other gym/ facilities.  Since the gym is small and each session has a limited number of participants; you really get to create relationships with the other members; the coach can attend to you individually, and you get a proper session each time.  Most of the people in the gym are now friends, and we have fun going out for a meal or to have a drink even outside of the gym.

Pinnacle has made me value how a proper facility and coach can improve my Ultimate Frisbee skills and my overall well-being. It has improved me physically but also mentally. Going to the gym has been one of my staples in life now and I cannot go with my day without a workout.
