DANNY ATAMU, Facility Manager & Senior Strength and Conditioning Coach (BSocSc)

Danny is the Facility Manager at Pinnacle BLACK, looking after all facets of the facility and members within. He specialises in Strength & Conditioning with vast experience with a wide range of clientele throughout youth/adolescent development, general populations and sport-specific interventions.

He has been involved in competitive rugby since an early age, representing Counties Manukau in South Auckland (NZ), stints at Northcote, Bombay (NZ) and North Brisbane Eagles in the Brisbane Premier Division, as well as Niue Island in the South Pacific at International level in both the 15’s and 7s versions. Danny now continues his semi-professional rugby life within Hong Kong Cricket Club’s Senior Premiership rugby squad.

Danny has completed a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation with majors in ‘Exercise Science and Sports Management’ and a Post Graduate Diploma in ‘Sport and Exercise Science’ at Auckland University of Technology. He is also certified in Nutritional Coaching through a Precision Nutrition qualification.
