CRYSTAL MAYES, Strength & Conditioning Coach

Crystal is a Strength and Conditioning coach with experience in High performance, Tactical (Military), and General population training. She is very passionate about Rugby and has played professionally in New Zealand for the Black Ferns Sevens and most recently the Hurricanes in the Super Rugby Aupiki competition. Currently Crystal is involved with Valley Rugby Football club as a coach and player for the women's premier team.

Crystal has qualifications through the military in Tactical Strength and Conditioning, and experience at a high performance level in sports and exercise.
