BIDDY SEFTON, Head Physiotherapist | Coach (BPhty, PGdip Phty -Sports)

Biddy, our in-house Physiotherapist is registered in both Hong Kong and New Zealand. She has a wealth of experience in helping individuals from all backgrounds get back to doing what they love and achieving their goals.

Hailing from New Zealand, Biddy has gained a multitude of experience working in both New Zealand and Hong Kong. Her experience spans a large range of clientele from national sporting athletes to rehabbing youth and active mothers. She has a strong manual therapy toolset complimented by excellent on-floor gym and rehabilitation knowledge.

Biddy’s strong clinical eye and personal background in sport, along with her evidence-based rehabilitation knowledge means her patients are always able to train to their full potential. She has been lead physiotherapist for an array of provincial and national sports including boxing, netball, rugby union, rugby 7s and basketball. She has worked alongside some of the most globally recognised therapists, coaches and strength and conditioning coaches. She believes rehab is training.

A keen sportswoman herself, Biddy has played provincially, both Rugby Union and Rugby 7s for a number of years. She has also Amateur boxed both nationally and internationally in New Zealand and Australia with great success.

Biddy graduated from the University of Otago in 2015 and holds a Bachelors of Physiotherapy (Distinction). She also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy and is certified as a Rehab and Movement Optimization Specialist.
