Reporting to: Head Physiotherapist and Pinnacle Directors
The successful candidate will deliver best-practice musculoskeletal physiotherapy within an integrated Strength & Conditioning and Physiotherapy facility. This includes manual therapy, patient assessment, and the design and implementation of tailored rehabilitation plans across the treatment table, gym floor, and sideline sports settings. You will also need to be able to integrate those plans into member and athlete S&C programming in close collaboration with the S&C team to facilitate optimal member-athlete performance.

Beyond client-facing work, you'll also play a role in supporting the health and performance of our full-time team. High standards of knowledge, professionalism, and care are expected across everything you do.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver best practice physiotherapy in a private practice setting;
Design rehabilitation plans (incl. programming progressions) in line with schedules, goals and personal needs;
Provide patient education, injury prevention guidance, and movement optimisation strategies;
Collaborate with the Strength and Conditioning team to support optimal athlete performance;
Support the Head Physiotherapist in the growth and development of the Physiotherapy Department;
Support the development and delivery of various Challenges and Events throughout the year;
Deliver and support physiotherapy services in team sports settings
Share knowledge across the team through both formal and informal settings, contributing to the ongoing development of Pinnacle staff;
Engage in timely self-reflection and feedback as part of Pinnacle's internal development processes
Maintain CPD requirements in line with the Hong Kong Physiotherapy Board's standards
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent inPhysiotherapy with at least 3 years experience working as a physiotherapist in HK
Registered with the Hong Kong Physiotherapists Board with a valid practicing certificate
Strong background in manual therapy and exercise prescription
Multidisciplinary, patient-centered approach to patient care
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have a highly-motivated, caring, confident, enthusiastic and professional manner
Solid commitment to continuous improvement with an enthusiasm for learning
Excellent spoken and written English.
Desirable:
Post-graduate qualifications in Physiotherapy
Previous experience working with sporting teams or athletes
Proficient in sports taping
Strength & Conditioning/Personal Training related qualifications and experience
Spoken Cantonese and/or Mandarin
WORK ARRANGEMENT AND HOURS OF WORK
Full Time Salary and Commission: Negotiable - based on qualifications and experience;
MPF: Full employer contributions

Work Location: Central, Hong Kong
Hours of Work: Full time role requiring up to 42 hours per week that may include irregular and unsocial hours, including evenings and statutory holidays, and any additional hours that are necessary for the proper performance of your duties.
