Reporting to: Head Physiotherapist and Pinnacle Directors
The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of best practice musculoskeletal physiotherapy in a fully integrated S&C + Physiotherapy facility. Treatment and consultations may include manual therapy, and implementation of appropriate rehabilitation plans including on the physiotherapy table and on the gym floor. This will include the design of patient rehabilitation plans and implementation of these plans into member and non-member-athlete S&C programming.
You must demonstrate a passion for working with general population individuals and the drive to create lasting change with athletes of all abilities and backgrounds. The Pinnacle system requires a high degree of communication within a multidisciplinary team, and in particular collaboration with the strength and conditioning team to facilitate optimal member-athlete performance. As part of Pinnacle’s holistic approach, the successful applicant will also be responsible for creating positive change for our full-time employee base and must be able to demonstrate excellent standards of knowledge, deliver exemplary standards of physiotherapy, communication, and professionalism at all times.
Key Areas of Responsibility
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivering one-on-one physiotherapy in a modern, private-practice setting
Creating personalized rehab and return-to-performance plans
Opportunities to treat and and manage within sports team environments
Educating clients on injury prevention and movement optimization
Collaborating daily with S&C coaches to support client goals
Supporting department growth and elevating physio standards across the team
Getting involved in community events, fitness challenges, and athlete programs
Sharing knowledge and learning in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
Staying up to date with CPD and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
Is registered with the Hong Kong Physiotherapists Board and holds a valid practicing certificate
Has 3+ years’ experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, ideally in private practice or performance-focused settings
Has led or been involved in sports team physiotherapy and ‘on-field’ application
Brings strong manual therapy skills and confidence in exercise-based rehab
Thrives in a team environment and values great communication
Is proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to making real change in people’s lives
Thrives working with sporting populations
Has excellent English (spoken & written)
Desirable:
Post-graduate qualifications in physiotherapy
Experience with athletes or sports teams
S&C or personal training certifications
Confidence in sports taping and on-field care
Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin (spoken)
WORK ARRANGEMENT AND HOURS OF WORK
Full Time Salary and Commission: Negotiable - would be based on qualifications and experience;
MPF: Full employer contributions
Annual Leave: 20 days paid annual leave days
Additional Benefits: Personal Development Fund & Contribution to Group Medical
Work Location: Central, Hong Kong
Hours of Work: Full time role requiring up to 42 hours per week that may include irregular and unsocial hours, including evenings and statutory holidays, and any additional hours that are necessary for the proper performance of your duties.
