Reporting to: Pinnacle Operations Director

KEY ROLE OBJECTIVES

The S&C Coach will be responsible for the planning and delivery of training interventions to their lead athletes as well as coaching delivery as part of a team to the full membership base. As part of Pinnacle’s complete fitness service provisions the successful applicant will be responsible for creating positive change and must be able to demonstrate excellent standards of knowledge and coaching delivery at all times. The successful applicant must demonstrate a passion for working within a multidisciplinary team, communication of information and member training support, as well as pride in their own continued learning and coaching responsibilities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily operations of hubsite locations to ensure seamless, professional service delivery;

  • Prescription and delivery of personal training and group format sessions;

  • Lead hubsite P&L responsibilities to ensure profitability and growth in each location;

  • Lead stakeholder relationships to maximise collaboration and excellence in delivering location KPI’s;

  • Drive membership growth through partnerships, outreach, and utilisation & retention initiatives;

  • Maintain high facility standards ensuring operations are safe, well-equipped, and brand-consistent;

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, responding to needs and feedback with care and urgency;

  • Execute local activations and community events, including workshops, open days, and events;

  • Collaborate with HQ and the Operations Director on staffing, budgeting, reporting, and expansions;

  • Track, deliver, and report KPIs, including engagement, retention, commercial and operational.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

  • Proven experience managing a fitness centre, gym, wellness studio, or relevant multi-site operation;

  • A confident, solutions-driven mindset and the ability to work both strategically and tactically;

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a coaching mentality;

  • Desire to develop junior coaches and add value to the career growth of your teams;

  • Clear, professional communication across all levels—from staff to clients to leadership;

  • Ability to prioritise, delegate, and deliver projects on time;

  • Fluency in English.

Desirable:

  • Experience with multi-location management, customer experience, or operations;

  • Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency;

  • Experience using CRM or gym management systems (e.g. Mindbody, Glofox, etc.);

  • Event management or local marketing activation experience.

WORK ARRANGEMENT AND HOURS OF WORK

Salary: Commensurate with experience and results. High base plus profit sharing/quarterly bonus
