Reporting to: Hubsite Manager, Senior Management and Pinnacle Directors
KEY ROLE OBJECTIVES
The S&C Coach will be responsible for the planning and delivery of training interventions to their lead athletes as well as coaching delivery as part of a team to the full membership base. As part of Pinnacle’s complete fitness service provisions the successful applicant will be responsible for creating positive change and must be able to demonstrate excellent standards of knowledge and coaching delivery at all times. The successful applicant must demonstrate a passion for working within a multidisciplinary team, communication of information and member training support, as well as pride in their own continued learning and coaching responsibilities.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Athlete member management including training schedules, consultations, profiling, and reviews;
Coaching of lead athletes and related activities across Pinnacle’s various facilities and membership bases, with a primary focus on the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club (RHKYC) facility;
Prescription and delivery of small group sessions, personal training sessions and large scale team training of up to 50 athletes;
Assess and understand the strengths, weaknesses, and goals of each member and to develop a customised programme to support and monitor their progress toward said goals;
Ensure 50% or higher completion adherence of lead athlete profiling battery per quarter;
Demonstrate retention of >75% lead member athletes;
Build the athlete population through growth in memberships and personal training;
Execute revenue earning and or business development strategies generating between 1x - 1.5x salary;
Accurate and timely communication of members’ status and session reviews;
Timely feedback and self reflection within the company as part of the ongoing educational processes and increased demand for world’s best practice(s) within the facility;
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
UKSCA and/or ASCA and/or NSCA accreditation or evidence of work towards such qualification;
Experience working with various population groups;
Experience in the prescription, intervention and delivery of S&C related provision for various populations;
Experience in the delivery of day-to-day training sessions to groups of members.
Desirable:
Bachelor Degree in Sports Science or related area;
Experience as part of a multi-disciplinary team at a sporting organisation or institute;
Spoken Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
WORK ARRANGEMENT AND HOURS OF WORK
Base Salary & Commissions: Starting at HKD $17,500 per month plus 40% commission

Hubsite Part-time coach

KEY ROLE OBJECTIVES
The successful candidate will join the existing Pinnacle team delivering services for group member athletes and teams primarily in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The coach will be responsible for the planning and delivery of training interventions to their lead athletes as well as coaching delivery as part of a team to the hubsite membership base. Responsibilities include supporting member athletes by delivering paid for onboarding and training interventions. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating positive change and must be able to demonstrate excellent standards of knowledge and coaching delivery at all times.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training scheduling, consultations, reviews, and profiling of members;
Coaching of lead hubsite athletes;
Ensure 50% or higher completion adherence of lead athlete profiling battery per quarter;
Ensure industry leading experience and safe on-boarding for new member athletes at Pinnacle;
Build the athlete population through growth in memberships and personal training;
Demonstrate retention of athletes through renewal of memberships and packages;
Accurate and timely communication of members' status and session reviews;
Timely feedback and self reflection within the company as part of the ongoing educational processes and increased demand for world's best practice(s) within the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
UKSCA and/or ASCA and/or NSCA accreditation or evidence of work towards such qualification;
Experience in the prescription, intervention and delivery of S&C provision for various populations;
Experience in the delivery of day-to-day training solutions for beginner gym clients;
Desirable:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science or related discipline;
Spoken Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
WORK ARRANGEMENT AND HOURS OF WORK
Base Salary & Commissions: Starting at HKD $5,000 per month plus 40% commission
