Reporting to: Operations Director
Pinnacle is hiring a Hubsite Manager to lead our satellite locations across Hong Kong, overseeing daily operations, driving commercial performance and membership growth, expanding associated service offerings, and ensuring exceptional client experience and account management.
As we expand, this is a unique opportunity to shape the delivery of high-performance training and wellness across multiple sites, making a lasting impact on our member community. You’ll report directly to the Pinnacle Operations Director and play a vital role in scaling our standard of excellence beyond our flagship facility, performance teams, and corporate accounts.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Pinnacle is a premium strength & conditioning, physiotherapy, and nutrition facility in Hong Kong. We are in a period of deliberate growth — expanding locations, scaling corporate wellness partnerships, and deepening our community. As Hubsite Manager you will lead end-to-end hubsite performance, integrating commercial growth, operational excellence, and client experience to deliver scalable business impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Growth & Revenue
Drive membership growth and revenue generation through partnerships, outreach, commercial initiatives, and retention strategies.
Own hubsite P&L performance, driving profitability, cost control, and sustainable growth per site.
Manage and grow existing client accounts while actively developing new business opportunities and commercial partnerships.
Identify cross-departmental sales opportunities, driving referrals, integrated service offerings, and additional revenue streams across the hubsites.
Utilisation & Engagement
Own hubsite utilisation performance, driving booking rate, attendance, and session occupancy to maximise the effective use of facility space and coaching resources.
Regularly review and optimise session mix and scheduling to align programming with demand patterns, improve attendance, and ensure efficient use of space and coaching capacity.
Execute local activations and community initiatives including workshops, events, and engagement campaigns to drive traffic and retention.
Operations and Customer satisfaction
Oversee day-to-day hubsite operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across all locations.
Ensure facilities meet high operational, safety, and brand standards across all hubsites, proactively reviewing and refining systems and processes to drive continuous improvement and operational consistency.
Oversee delivery of exceptional customer experience, ensuring responsiveness to feedback, service quality, and member satisfaction.
Reporting & Coordination
Track, analyse, and report hubsite OKRs including revenue, profitability, utilisation, retention, and operational performance.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive integrated service offerings.
Lead project planning with the internal teams across staffing, budgeting, reporting, and readiness for new site expansion and launches.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Experience in the prescription, intervention and delivery of S&C provision for various populations
Proven experience managing a fitness centre, gym, wellness studio with multi-location management, customer experience, or operations
A confident, solutions-driven mindset and the ability to work both strategically and tactically
Strong leadership and people management skills with a coaching mentality
Desire to develop junior coaches and add value to the career growth of your teams
Clear, professional communication across all levels—from staff to clients to leadership
Ability to prioritise, delegate, and deliver projects on time
Experience using CRM or gym management systems (e.g. Mindbody, Glofox, etc.)
Fluency in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
WORK ARRANGEMENT & HOURS OF WORK
Employment Type: Full Time
Primary Work Location: Hong Kong (HK residence/work authorisation required).
Salary: Competitive with performance linked bonus

Hours of work: 42 hours per week
