Reporting to: Pinnacle Operations Manager & VP of Wellness and Benefits
This unique role will work onsite with the corporate team / office to support and manage key wellness programs, specifically focusing on APAC parenting and family care support. The Wellness Advisor will be responsible for executing the Family Care and Parenting strategy, managing vendor relationships, responding to employee queries, and supporting cross-functional collaborations with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will also drive communication strategies, manage relevant data processing, and oversee the seamless delivery of family care benefits.
Key Areas of Responsibility
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Family Care and Parenting Strategy:
Lead the APAC Family Care and Parenting strategy, ensuring programs and benefits remain relevant to the firm’s business needs.
Collaborate with Family Care Specialists to ensure seamless delivery, with Family Care Specialists escalating complex cases directly where necessary.
Work closely with teams such as Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA), Human Capital Management, Employee Relations (ER), and Occupational Health (OH) to support family care initiatives
Provide back-up coverage for Family Care Specialists where required.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management
Manage and enhance relationships with multiple existing vendors in the parenting and family care space across APAC, ensuring vendor performance complies with contractual terms.
Serve as the point of contact for vendor wellness administration queries, managing escalated queries in collaboration with external helpline teams.
Lead the management of prospective wellness vendors to ensure partnerships align with the firm’s values and needs.

This role will work onsite within the client’s office to support key data analytics and project management activities related to the Wellness and Benefits department. The Wellness Analyst will be responsible for breaking down complex datasets, conducting exploratory data analysis, providing actionable insights, and contributing to the overall Health and Wellbeing strategy. The successful candidate will also be responsible for governance, data processing, vendor management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality.
Key Areas of Responsibility

Family Care and Parenting Strategy:

Employee Query Management:
Manage the Parenting mailbox, effectively handling employee queries regarding family-related programs.
Respond to employee queries using teamwork and creative problem-solving, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Track case progress and assist in drafting/reviewing employee communications related to family care and parenting support.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Manage and enhance relationships with multiple existing vendors in the parenting and family care space across APAC, ensuring vendor performance complies with contractual terms.

Data and Reporting:
Update parenting data trackers and assist with year-end activities in partnership with other business functions.
Oversee the collection, governance, and reporting of data related to parenting and family care support.
Project Management and Event Coordination:
Manage ad hoc projects related to parenting and family benefits, collaborating across regions and teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Research and coordinate speakers for family or parenting-related events, including managing speaker contracts and preparing moderator speaking notes.
Participate in employee presentations for new hires, graduate programs, and other events as required.
Communications and Engagement:
Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees in family-related programs, updating internal intranet content as necessary.
Enhance relationships with vendors to produce marketing materials, newsletters, and other promotional content.
Regulatory Compliance and Strategic Support:
Keep abreast of regional regulatory changes and liaise with the Benefits and Wellness team to implement required changes in the firm’s leave management system.
Support the firm’s overall health resilience, family-friendly, fitness, and mental health agendas.
Any other reasonable duties as set out by the firm or the client.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Wellness Management, or a related field.
Experience in corporate wellness programs, benefits management, or related fields.
Familiarity with family care and parenting-related programs is a plus.
Proven experience in managing wellness programs and family-related benefits.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with experience handling external vendors and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
High level of computer literacy and familiarity with managing data processing and reporting systems.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis within a busy team environment.
Strong attention to detail, with analytical and administrative skills.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate environment, with human resources experience preferred.
