This is a senior marketing leadership role at the centre of Pinnacle’s growth strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full demand generation engine — building and executing a multi-channel acquisition strategy across paid media, organic, events, and partnerships. You will define brand positioning for a premium health and performance brand in Hong Kong, drive pipeline and revenue growth across membership, personal training, and clinical service lines, and be accountable for the commercial metrics that matter: qualified leads, CAC, conversion rates, and retention.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Pinnacle is a premium strength & conditioning, physiotherapy, and nutrition facility in Hong Kong. We are in a period of deliberate growth — expanding locations, scaling corporate wellness partnerships, and deepening our community. As Head of Marketing you will be the architect of that growth, working alongside the leadership team to convert brand equity into commercial results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demand Generation — Design and execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy across paid search, social, organic, partnerships, and referrals. Own lead generation targets and pipeline contribution across all service lines';

  • Brand & Positioning — Define and evolve brand strategy and messaging for a premium performance brand. Ensure consistency and differentiation across every customer touchpoint;

  • Performance Marketing — Own paid media strategy, budget allocation, and ROI. Track, optimise, and report on all campaigns with rigorous data-driven decision-making;

  • Events & Educational Seminars — Design and deliver a structured programme of lead generation events and authority-building seminars across clinical, performance, and lifestyle topics;

  • Brand Partnerships — Identify, negotiate, and activate strategic brand partnerships with local businesses, corporates, and practitioners that reinforce Pinnacle’s premium positioning;

  • Cross-Functional Leadership — Partner with Department Heads and Operations to align marketing activity directly with commercial priorities and site-level growth.

KEY DELIVERABLES

  • Strategy & Planning

    • 12-month marketing strategy and quarterly execution plans

    • CRM and lifecycle marketing flows to drive conversion and retention

  • Performance & Analytics

    • Live performance dashboard with weekly and monthly reporting cadence

    • Channel-level acquisition playbooks for each service line

  • Branding 

    • Brand guidelines, messaging framework, and tone of voice

  • Community & Partnerships

    • Events calendar and educational seminar series end-to-end

    • Strategic brand and corporate wellness partnerships portfolio

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record scaling marketing in a growth-stage B2C service business

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, paid media, and full-funnel optimisation

  • Strong commercial mindset — fluent in CAC, LTV, pipeline economics, and conversion rate optimisation

  • Data-driven with strong analytical capability and a bias for measurable action

  • Experience building, hiring, and leading a marketing function from early stage

  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on across brand and performance

  • Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or premium lifestyle sectors is an advantage

WORK ARRANGEMENT AND HOURS OF WORK

Employment Type: Full Time

Primary Work Location:  Hong Kong (HK residence/work authorisation required).

Salary: Competitive with performance linked bonus

Benefits: MPF, Annual CPD, Paid Annual Leave, Group Medical Insurance Contribution

Hours of work: 45 hours per week
