DANIEL JU, Strength and Conditioning Intern, Pinnacle Performance

My name is Daniel Ju, a Korean born and raised in Hong Kong. I’m currently attending Baptist University studying Physical education and recreation management, graduating next year! I like to consider myself a sports enthusiast, having tried a wide variety of sports both in middle and high school. Having graduated from an ESF IB school, I’ve been given the privilege to experience lots of outdoor and extracurricular activities that allowed me to indulge in sports, but more importantly blossom my interest in the realm of health and science. I’m honoured to be apart of the internship curriculum provided by Pinnacle, and hope to learn the system and meet new amazing people!
