Reporting to: Pinnacle Operations Manager

The Wellness Events Programming Manager will work onsite within the client's corporate office in Hong Kong, supporting the effective management of wellness services and events. This role focuses on delivering innovative and diverse wellness programming aligned with organizational goals, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a culture of health and well-being. The successful candidate will be responsible for program design, event execution, vendor relationships, and mental health strategy development. This position also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure wellness initiatives meet the firm’s business needs.

Key Areas of Responsibility

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Benefits & Wellness Program Management:

  • Oversee the APAC Benefits &Wellness Programming strategy, ensuring its relevance to the firm’s business objectives.

  • Innovate within the corporate wellness field by introducing diverse and engaging programs.

  • Lead the team in curating wellness programs tailored to employee needs.

Event and Speaker Management:

  • Manage the procurement of wellness event speakers and ensure sessions are delivered within the agreed scope.

  • Supervise the planning, coordination, and execution of wellness events, including mental health and resilience initiatives.

  • Develop employee engagement strategies through impactful events and programming.

Vendor and Stakeholder Relationships:

  • Manage APAC Benefits & Wellness vendor relationships to promote collaboration and enhance engagement.

  • Evaluate and maintain vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms.

  • Develop new partnerships with vendors to broaden wellness offerings.

Employee Engagement and Communication:

  • Facilitate employee presentations, including new hire orientations and graduate programs

  • Respond to employee queries with creativity, teamwork, and effective resolution strategies.

  • Design and deliver communications that enhance awareness and participation in Benefits & Wellness programs.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Manage data collection to enable strategic benchmarking of Benefits & Wellness initiatives against industry standards.

  • Analyze program engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.

  • Use data-driven approach to inform events programming

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Benefits & Wellness team, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.

  • Mentor team members to foster professional growth and skills development.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver projects seamlessly.

  • Undertake any other responsibilities as set out by the firm or the client.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Event Management, Wellness, or Business Administration).

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in events management or a corporate wellness role,

  • At least 1 year in a leadership and team management role.

  • Proven track record of delivering well-engaged and reputable wellness programming in a large corporate organization. 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and vendor engagement.

  • Analytical skills for program evaluation and reporting.

  • Self-motivated, with a keen interest in corporate wellness.

Work arrangement & hours of work

Work Location: Lee Garden 3 (Causeway Bay)

Working hours: Full Time
