Reporting to: Pinnacle Operations Manager

The Wellness Analyst will support wellness initiatives onsite the client’s office, focusing on vendor management, governance, data processing, and financial tracking. This role also involves managing employee and vendor queries, performing administrative tasks, and developing expertise in wellness field.

Key Areas of Responsibility

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the overall Wellness strategy including innovating within the corporate wellness field and ensuring suite of benefits and wellness offerings remain relevant to the firm’s business needs 

  • Work closely with the onsite Wellness/Health Services team to ensure seamless delivery of Wellness support and escalating complex cases in timely manner.

  • Project management of ad hoc projects, involving collaboration with colleagues across regions and teams to manage project delivery.

  • Develop communication strategies and design/produce employee communications that support engagement of benefits and wellness offerings.

  • Participate in employee presentations for new hires, graduate/intern programmes and other divisional meetings or events as required. 

  • Management of multiple existing vendors in the Wellness space across APAC to ensure performance is compliant with contractual terms and guarantee appropriate partnership with organisations that align to the firm’s values and business needs.

  • Point of contact for vendors for wellness administration queries. Collaboration with multiple external helpline teams, operated by third parties, to manage escalated queries and issues.

  • Respond to employee queries using teamwork, creative thinking and escalation to resolve complex issues. Track progress of cases and draft / review employee communications

  • Support the firm’s strategy health, resilience, family friendly, fitness and mental health agenda.

  • Any other reasonable responsibilities as set out by Pinnacle Performance Ltd. or Client team/office.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in wellness or human resources.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong experience in Project Management and relevant tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent collaboration and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

  • Self-motivated, with a keen interest in the Wellness and Benefits field.

Work arrangement & hours of work

Work Location: Lee Garden 3 (Causeway Bay)

Working hours: Full Time
